Peace begins with me
This field is a marriage of two of my greatest passions people and unity. I offer therapy for individuals ages 16+ during some of life's more difficult seasons. I chose this work because I believe it matters and I use a person centered therapeutic approach, with play therapy interventions, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
There is no one size fits all in therapy. I specialize in working with those facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and those figuring it out.
